Carbon cycle steps
Step 1:
Carbon dioxide enters the atmosphere from respiration and combustion.
Step 2:
Carbon Dioxide is absorbed by life forms that eventually make carbohydrates. This releases energy in to the air.
Step 3:
Animals began to feed on plants which passes carbon compounds. Most carbon the animals consume become carbon dioxide from exhaling. This is called respiration, which means the animals will eventually die.
Step 4:
The deceased components are eaten by decomposers which they too exhale carbon dioxide and the cycle repeats itself.
